        <description><![CDATA[On a few occasions I have done some work on my rulesets while the actual Twine is offline. It is very difficult to see if these rulesets are saving when I press the button I sometimes get a message saying it will update in 120 minutes and sometimes I don't. And I have lost rules in these situations. Can we get the ability to save a ruleset in the account even if the Twine is offline (if it doesn't already function that way)?]]>

        <description><![CDATA[So I received my breakout board after more than a year of not being able to thing of anything to be used with Twine. I think my stumbling block is that this toy is for the 'monitoring' side of home automation, not the actual doing part.<div><br /></div><div>Has anything had any luck with working within IFTT?</div><div><br /></div><div>Has anyone found any sensor scripts that actually do something for them in a meaningful way?</div><div><br /></div><div>Im trying to think of something more practical than sending myself a message when my home is too dry, etc. I really have no need for break in monitoring, flood insurance, or anything of the things Supermechanical has posted. I expect it will be a while though.  In the meantime, I pre-ordered a breakout board on the assumption I could hook up a 3rd party current sensor to it.  Is that a correct assumption, and if so what kind of current sensor should I look for?]]>

When an event is triggered, it tells the camera to start snapping. I suspect it would have to communicate via the micro USB on the camera, since it's not WIFI.         <description><![CDATA[Just got my Twine pack and have played around a little bit. I initially started with the moisture sensor and created a rule to send a SMS when it's wet. That worked well so I decided to try the magnetic switch. When I plugged that in my status page correctly reflected the magnetic switch but when I tested it with the magnet it sent a SMS for each detection so it appears that the rules are tied to the sensors but I think they should be so is this a bug?]]>

The emails that I receive and the POSTs that are made are on the Celsius scale. This is easy for me to correct for when using the POST data but I want the email in Fahrenheit. I think removing the POST rules fixes this but thats not a very good option. Any clue about what's going on here?]]>
